Table12 is an online reservation platform operated from Malta. It lets guests request bookings at restaurants and other venues through table12.com and its sister domains (table.mt, table.lv, res.link and venues' own hosted pages and websites).
Table12 transmits your booking request to the venue and relays the venue's answer. The venue — not Table12 — decides whether to accept a booking and is solely responsible for providing its services, prices, menus and offers.
Provide accurate contact details so the venue can reach you; confirmations and reminders arrive by SMS or email. A booking is only final once the venue confirms it. If your plans change, cancel through the link in your confirmation — repeated no-shows may lead to requests being refused.
Some venues ask for a deposit, processed by our payment provider (Stripe); refunds follow the venue's stated policy. Coupons and deal vouchers (for example from deal.mt) are honoured by the venue under the conditions of the deal they came from.
Venues manage their listing, availability and bookings through the owner portal and connected integrations. Venue owners must keep their information accurate and use guest data only to fulfil bookings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Do not place false bookings, scrape the platform, send spam through it, or interfere with its operation.
Venue photos, menus and ratings may be provided by the venue or by partner platforms. Table12 and the Table12 logo are trademarks of their owner; venue names and logos belong to their venues.
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Table12 is not liable for the acts or omissions of venues, or for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
