Run your restaurant from the AI app you already use: see who is booked, answer requests, add the booking a guest just phoned in, close off the terrace when the wind picks up, change your opening hours. Diners can book and manage their own reservations the same way.
Owners and managers sign in with the login they use for the Table12 dashboard. The assistant sees only the venues that login manages. In Claude's directory it is listed as Table12 Manager.
Or paste this address into any AI app that takes a connector address:
https://table12.com/mcp/businessFind a restaurant and a free table without an account. When you want to book, or see and change your reservations, the AI app asks you to sign in to Table12 once (or create an account) and carries on.
Or paste this address into any AI app that takes a connector address:
https://table12.com/mcpThe quickest way: press Add to Claude above, which opens Table12 (for diners) or Table12 Manager (for venues) in Claude's directory, then press Connect. Venues sign in with their Table12 login and press Authorize. Or add it by hand:
Run claude mcp add --transport http table12 https://table12.com/mcp (or table12-business https://table12.com/mcp/business for a venue), then type /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate when it asks.
Signing in always happens on table12.com. You can disconnect an app at any time: in the dashboard under AI assistants, or under Settings → Connected apps for a diner's account. It is signed out at once.
| Look up | Your venues; bookings for a day or a period; requests waiting for an answer; one booking with its history and the guest's record at your venue; free times for a party size; opening hours; close-offs; figures for a period (guests, no-shows, where bookings came from). |
|---|---|
| Answer requests | Confirm a request (optionally on a chosen table), suggest another time, or decline it. |
| Bookings | Add a phone or walk-in booking, seated on a table you name or the best free fit; change a booking (guest details, party, date, time, table, notes); cancel it, and bring it back if that was a mistake; mark it completed or a no-show. |
| The venue | Close off a table, an area or the whole venue for a stretch of time, and reopen it; pause or resume online bookings; change the opening hours. |
Times are always your venue's own local time. Confirming, suggesting another time, cancelling and adding a booking message the guest by SMS and email, as they do from the dashboard; you can ask for a change without a message. The AI app asks you before it does anything that messages a guest or changes what guests can book.
Table12 receives the tool calls your AI app makes (the tool's name and what it asks for, such as a date or a booking number), never your conversation. Answers carry only what the signed-in login may see, and guests' phone numbers and email addresses only when the task asks for them. Every call an assistant makes for a venue is recorded with the person, the AI app, the booking it concerned and what changed (without guests' phone numbers or email addresses); the venue's team sees this under AI assistants in the dashboard, and it is kept for 400 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
